RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE – Memorial Day comes each year at the end of May. It’s the national holiday when we pause to remember those who gave their lives while serving in the United
States military. This year it will be observed on Monday, May 27th. The next Red Cross blood drive
for the Gibsonia community has been intentionally scheduled to coincide with that date. It will be held
from 1:00 to 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 29th, here at Trinity. Please consider honoring those who
made that sacrifice for the cause of freedom by making a blood donation! As always, you can register
to donate by visiting the Red Cross site at https://www.redcross.org/give-blood.html and typing
Trinity Gibsonia in the search box. If you have any questions about donating – or need assistance
with registration – please contact the Trinity church office at 724-443-8110. Thank you!

TLCW New Basket of Caring Ministry
Trinity’s Lutheran Church Women are beginning a new ministry to our long-term and short-term shut-ins. When you are isolated and can no longer attend church, you may become lonely, sad, and feel out of touch. A little reminder from your church family that you are missed and being thought of in a caring way may go a long way to lifting our spirits.
The Basket of Caring Ministry will periodically deliver small baskets of goodies to our shut-ins and folks who are temporarily homebound for assorted reasons. Baskets will include items such as small inspirational books, small packages of treats (sleeves of crackers, popcorn and cookies, small bags of chips, puddings that do not require refrigeration, energy bars, etc.), large print crossword puzzles, cans of fruit, small collectibles, etc.  If you would like to donate any of these items and/or small baskets to be used by this ministry, a box is located in the narthex.

STEWARDSHIP & FINANCE

SIMPLY GIVING. You can designate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly automated electronic offering transactions – whatever works best for your family’s budget.

Envelope Mailing Program – Another means of consistent giving is our quarterly envelope mailing program through American Church. Weekly donation envelopes are mailed direct to you on a quarterly basis (3 months of envelopes at a time).
