Recycling Programs at Trinity

Empties 4 Cash

An ink cartirdge recycling program.  This project enables us to help cut down the flow of plastics into landfills.  The cartridges that they are currently accepting are Lexmark, Canon, Dell, HP, and Sharp.  Please note that they will no longer accept laser print toner cartridges, just the smaller ink jef cartridges.

Aluminum Recycling Project

This project continues with all proceeds going to World Hunger.  Please place your empty aluminum cans in the crate outside by the garbage cans.  Please put all cans in plastic bag and twist shut with ties.

Paper Recycling Program

You can recycle newspaper, magazines, shopping catalogs, office and school papers and mail 24/7 at the church.  Please NO phone books, cardboard, plastic, glass, metals or trash.  The yellow and green recycling bin is located at the end of the parking lot by the basketball court.

Trinity Book Club

This year we will meet starting September 19th at 9:30 am.  The books have been pre-ordered and are available at the church on the table by the Giving Tree.  If you pick up a book, please reimburse the church for the cost of the book.

First Holy Communion Classes

Classes will be September 26th to October 10th with Pastor Benson during the Sunday School hour for all kids who are in 3rd grade (or who missed classes earlier).  At least one parent, preferably both, is to come to classes as well.

Meeting of All Church Committee Members and Volunteers

Saturday, September 11th from 9:00 to 11:00 am in Ackerman Hall.  Anyone is invited to attend a fall breakfast to learn more about the ministry of our church and events planned this year.  This forum in intended to provide opportunities to discuss activities within our church while enjoying the fellowship of others.
