Clothing Distribution (Non-operating Hours Donations)
Although the Clothing Ministry no longer operates with regular visiting hours, we continue to accept
seasonal donations of new and gently worn clothing from our
members.
From time to time, we receive calls from our neighbors
in nearby communities who have specific clothing needs. We
make every effort to accommodate these requests. We also provide
clothing for the annual clothing distribution at Christ Lutheran
Church in Millvale. We especially have a need for children’s
clothing.
Our own resources for sorting, storing, etc. are limited – please
only send clean gently worn and seasonal clothing. Specific
needs will be shared with our members as they arise. We have an
immediate need for clean storage bins with lids. If you have any
bins at home that you are not using please drop them off by the
Clothing Ministry door.
If you are interested in helping with this ministry or know of a
clothing need, please contact Terri Mostoller.

Our Clothing Ministry Travels
We are working with our neighbors at Christ Lutheran Church in Millvale once again for a pop-up clothing distribution on Saturday, October 10th. In preparation for the Millvale project, we are inviting everyone to consider donating fall and winter clothing for children, teens, and adults. There is a particular need for adult coats, new or gently used, and winter socks. If able, bring the clothes to Trinity. Contact the church office with questions.

Partnership in the Wider Mission of the Church
This month’s benevolence appeal is for United Lutheran Seminary, Gettysburg and Philadelphia.
Preparing leaders for the church, community, and the world. Martin Luther strongly advocated for the proper education of pastors, emphasizing the need for them to be grounded in Scripture and capable of effectively communicating God’s Word.
